For a video portrait up to seven minutes long in length.
Finished product will be delivered on a customized DVD. 5 copies are included in the price of the video, any extra will cost $25 per DVD.

Meet and greet pre-production session with subject.
I will meet with the video subject, discuss their lives past and present, and from this information write a very basic script for them that we will use later on in the project. We will decide where we would like to shoot and if necessary I will scout the locations and obtain permits. We will choose any additional materials, i.e. photographs, if we choose to include them.
3 shoot days.
The shooting technique for Tara Milutis Video Portraits is one that prioritizes making the subject as comfortable as possible. The shooting schedule is flexible and completely up to the subject, and the shoot days will feel like a joint creative project between the director and subject. Three days are included in the video price, but depending on specifics of shoot it could be done in less time. If more than three days are requested for whatever reason, new price will be negotiated.
The meet and greet pre-production session, all of the shoot dates, and any extra requests by subject or family members need to be completed within a time period of 30 days. The finished video will be delivered to the customer 30 days from that date. Payment and expense re-imbursement is paid on delivery of the DVDs.
